Abstract [Obj ective]To compare the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound vs.conventional ultrasound in preoperative diagnosis and clinical stage of cervical cancer.[Methods]Totally 50 patients with cervical cancer con-firmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic results of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and con-ventional ultrasound were analyzed and compared.[Results]The detection rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 84.0% which was markedly higher than that of conventional ultrasound(50.0%),and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the detection rate between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ cervi-cal cancer(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between gradeⅢ and gradeⅣ(P>0.05).The le-sion size and invasive range of cervical cancer measured by contrast-enhanced ultrasound was obviously larger than those measured by conventional ultrasound, and there was significant difference(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Con-trast-enhanced ultrasound can improve clinical diagnostic rate of cervical cancer, and is superior to conventional ul-trasound in preoperative diagnosis and clinical stage of cervical cancer,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
