Abstract [Objective]To explore the effect of safflower yellow inj ection on high sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP)and platelet aggregation rate in patients with non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEAMI).[Methods]Totally 7 1 NSTEAMI patients were randomly divided into safflower yellow inj ection treatment group and routine control group.On the basis of the treatment of control group,the treatment group was additionally given safflower yellow injection 100mg once a day for 14 days.The hsCRP and platelet aggregation rate in two groups before and after treatment.[Results]Compared with the control group,hsCRP and platelet aggregate rate in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Safflower yellow inj ection can improve the prognosis of patients with NSTEAMI,and can be used as the adj uvant thera-py of acute myocardial infarction.
