Abstract [Objective]To explore the influence of behavior conversion mode on the efficacy of health edu-cation in patients with diabetes mellitus.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus were collect-ed and intervened by the staged behavior conversion mode of health education.Self efficacy,quality of life and medication compliance of patients were compared before and after health education.[Results]After health edu-cation,the self efficacy score,quality of life score and medication compliance rates of patients were significant-ly higher than those before health education,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Application of behavior conversion mode for health education in patients with diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the patient's self-efficacy level and life quality,and increase medication compliance.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
