Abstract [Objective]To analyze the difference between birth canal painless labor and spontaneous labor.[Methods]Totally 400 full-term pregnant women in our hospital from Aug.2012 to Aug.2013 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table, all these women were divided into observation group(n=200)and control group(n=200).The observation group was given painless labor, while the control group was given spontaneous labor.Clinical difference between two methods was analyzed.[Results]The pain in the observation group during the childbirth was obviously better than that in the control group, and there was sig-nificant difference(P<0.05).The time of first and second stage of childbirth in the observation group during the childbirth were obviously lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Pulse,heart rate, partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the observation group during the childbirth were obviously better than the control group and closer to normal mean value, and there was signifi-cant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Birth canal painless labor has more significant analgesic effect than spontaneous labor. It can effectively improve the quality of childbirth and has good safety,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
