Abstract [Objective] To explore the effect of early cluster treatment strategies on the prognosis of patients with severe heatstroke .[Methods]Clinical data of 36 cases of severe heatstroke in our hospital were analyzed retro-spectively .All patients were divided into the group with admission time less than 2h and the group with admission time more than 6h .All patients received cluster treatment strategies including "early rapid cooling ,rapid expansion , early anticoagulation ,active organ function support ,nutritional support".The severity of the disease (APACHE-Ⅱscore) and mortality were compared between two groups .[Results] The average temperature of 36 patients was 40 .8℃ .The later the clinical time ,the higher the mortality ( P<0 .05) .There was significant difference in PCT ,CK-MB ,PLT ,ALT ,and APACHE-Ⅱ between two groups(P<0 .05) .The later clinical time of severe heatstroke ,the more serious the organ damage .[Conclusion]The prognosis of patients with severe heatstroke is associated with clin-ical time .Early cluster treatment strategies can improve the prognosis of patients .
