Abstract [Objective]To explore the relationship between self-care ability and health behavior in patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy .[Methods] Totally 83 patients with breast cancer receiving chemo-therapy were collected .Self-care ability scale(ESCA) and health behavior scale(HPL) were used for assessing health behavior and self-care ability of all patients .The correlation between two scores were analyzed .[Re-sults] The ESCA and HPL scores in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were (106 .54 ± 9 .53) and (122 .15 ± 12 .45) ,respectively .The ESCA scores were positively correlated with HPL scores .[Conclusion]When breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy are given the nursing interventions ,the mental health and stress mediation of patients should be paid attention ,and the health behaviors of patients should be improved , and the training of self-care skills should be strengthened ,and the self-care ability should be increased .
