Abstract [Objective] To explore the features of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ) .[Methods]Coronary angiography(CAG) was used to analyze the features of coronary artery disease in 394 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with T2DM ( n = 124) and without diabetes mellitus (DM)( n=270) .Conventional ultrasonic echocardiogram(ECG) was used to analyze inner diameter of heart and cardiac function parameters .[Results] Left interior descending branch was mainly involved in T 2DM pa-tients with CHD ,and left circumflex branch was next ,and the right coronary artery was second next .There was no significant difference in inner diameter of heart between DM with and without CHD ( P>0 .05) .[Con-clusion]Coronary artery disease in T2DM patients with CHD is more severe .The effect of DM on cardiac function should be assessed systematically and comprehensively .
