Abstract [Objective]To observe the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of early breast cancer after breast conserving surgery and its impact on T-lymphocyte subsets .[Methods]A total of 60 patients undergoing breast conserving surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group .The observation group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation ,while the control group only received radiotherapy .Clinical efficacy and the changes of peripheral blood CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ cell percentage of two groups were observed .[Results]The local recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in peripheral blood CD3+ ,CD4+ percentage ,CD4+ /CD8+ ratio and adverse reactions between two groups ( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]Concurrent chemoradiotherapy after early breast conserving surgery can obviously reduce the local recurrence rate of patients ,and be tolerated by pa-tients ,and it is safe and feasible .Therefore it is worthy of application .
