Abstract [Objective] To explore the correlation between clinical symptom features and prognosis in intrace-rebral hemorrhage(ICH) .[Methods]A total of 196 patients with complete case history data in our hospital from Jan .2010 to Dec .2010 were enrolled .The cause ,clinical features and prognosis in different course ,age and sex were compared .[Results] The disease occurred mainly in patients aged 60~70 years old .The male patients were obviously more than female patients .The incidence was higher in autumn and winter than in spring and summer . The onset of the disease was rarely in sleep or wake state ,but mainly in exertion or agitation state .[Conclusion]The male patients with ICH are obviously more than the female patients .Hypertension is the most risk factors . The incidence of young men is far higher than that of young women .The age ,bleeding volume ,hemorrhage breaking into ventricles of brain ,blood pressure before and after the occurrence and complications are the main de-cisive factors of prognosis .
