Abstract [Objective]To explore the efficacy of biofeedback electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell for pelvic function recovery of patients after hysterectomy .[Methods] Totally 160 patients after open abdominal hysterectomy were divided into 4 groups with 40 patients in each group .Group A received ke-gel training .Group B received vaginal dumbbell training .Group C received biofeedback electric stimulation therapy .Group D received biofeedback electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training .Pelvic muscle strength in 4 groups was compared before and after treatment .[Results] There was significant differ-ence in pelvic muscle strength between group D and other 3 groups( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Biofeedback e-lectrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell can effectively improve pelvic function of patients after hysterectomy .
