Abstract [Objective] To explore clinical efficacy of dust mite sublingual drops for the treatment of chil-dren with allergic asthma and its impact on lung function indices .[Methods]A total of 125 children with aller-gen skin test-positive in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group ( n=63) and control group ( n = 63) .The control group received conventional anti-allergy treatment ,while the observation group re-ceived dust mite sublingual drops based on the treatment of control group .Clinical efficacy and the changes of lung function indices in two groups were observed and compared .[Results]Dyspnea ,cough ,pulmonary rales and other clinical symptoms in observation group were markedly better than those in control group ,and there were significant differences( P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in clinical symptom score and lung function indices before treatment between two groups ( P >0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,clinical symptom score and lung function indices in two groups after treatment were improved ,and the improvement of observation group was better than the control group ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) .[Conclu-sion]Dust mite sublingual drops can effectively increase clinical therapeutic effect of allergic asthma in pediat-ric patients and improve lung function ,so it is helpful for the prognosis of pediatric patients .
