Abstract [Objective]To explore the efficacy of electroresection for the treatment of female patients with overactive bladder (OAB) caused by bladder mucosa inflammation .[Methods] A total of 70 female patients with OAB caused by bladder mucosa inflammation diagnosed by clinical examination ,cystoscopy and pathology underwent transurethral resection .[Results] The operation time of 70 patients was 18~30 min with the aver-age of 21 .6 ± 5 .7min .The intraoperative bleeding volume was less than 5ml .The indwelling catheter after the operation lasted for 7 days .Compared with before operation ,OABSS score and QOL score one month after operation were improved( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] Transurethral resection for the treatment of OAB caused by bladder mucosal inflammation has advantages such as less damage ,less blood loss and satisfactory efficacy .
