Abstract [Objective] To observe clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for the treatment of choledocholithiasis .[Methods]Totally 120 patients with choledocholithiasis scheduled for opera-tion treatment were randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group .The experiment group underwent the calculi removal by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy ,while the control group under-went open operation .The curative effect was compared between two groups .[Results] The operation time , bleeding volume ,postoperative T-tube placement time ,the recovery time of postoperative intestinal function and hospitalization time in experiment group were better than those in control group ,and there were significant differences between two groups( P <0 .05) .The adverse reactions occurred in 6 patients of experiment group (10 .00% ) ,which were significantly lower than those of control group (11 patients ,18 .33% )( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for the treatment of choledocholithiasis has obvious advantages ,good prognosis and low incidence of adverse reaction .
