Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the changes of T cell subsets in patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping during perioperative period. 【Methods】From January 2009 to January 2015, 80 patients with anterior circulation intracranial aneurysm occlusion in Wuhan University People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects (observation group), and 40 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group. The changes of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of the two groups during the perioperative period were compared. 【Results】The number of CD3+, CD4+T, CD8+ lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group on the first day before operation (P>0.05); the number of CD3+, CD4+ T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the patients during operation and on the first day after operation were significantly lower than those on the first day before operation (P<0.05); the number of CD3+, CD4+T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the patients on the first day after operation were significantly lower than those on the first day before operation The number of CD8+ T lymphocyte was significantly lower than that during operation (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the number of CD8+ T lymphocyte before and after operation (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 In patients with intracranial aneurysm clamping, the cellular immune function during and after operation is low, and the cellular immune function after operation is lower than that during operation.
