Abstract:【Objective】To compare and analyze the effects of different cardiac rehabilitation models on the quality of life and psychological status of patients with acute myocardial infarction and diabetes after interventional therapy.【Methods】A total of 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with diabetes from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into 49 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group according to the random table method. The two groups were treated by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The control group received traditional rehabilitation, and the observation group adopted the new mode of cardiac rehabilitation. The changes of heart function, survival treatment, mental state and cardiopulmonary function in two groups before and after rehabilitation were compared.【Results】After rehabilitation, LVEF increased and LVSD and LVDD decreased (the observation group: t=15.042, 19.935, 13.303, t=12.540, 8.895, 7.051, P < 0.05), and the LVEF in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while LVSD and LVDD were lower than the control group ( t=4.526, 10.862, 6.573, P < 0.05). The two groups increased the environmental, social, psychological, physiological, and total sensory scores after the two groups (observation group: t=31.272, 28.836, 25.815, 25.390, 23.325, t=14.162, 12.223, 19.745, 19.395, 17.399, P < 0.05), and the field of environmental, social relations, and psychology of the observation group after rehabilitation. The scores in the field, physiology and general feeling were higher than those in the control group ( t=13.247, 10.018, 9.657, 7.648, 8.102, P < 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were reduced (the observation group: t=18.873, 22.187, the control group: t=14.350, 10.897, P < 0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( t=6.845, 14.759, P < 0.05). The increase of VO2max/HR and METmax after rehabilitation in the two groups (observation group: t =16.743, 12.688, control group: t=7.231, 7.889,P < 0.05), VO2max/HR and METS in the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( t=9.674, 6.651,P < 0.05).【Conclusion】The new model of cardiac rehabilitation can obviously improve the survival quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with diabetes interventional therapy, and it can improve the mental state of the patients, which is worthy of clinical study.
