Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the application of pituitrin-water separation in laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cystectomy.【Methods】From March 2010 to September 2016, 167 cases of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group (85 cases) and control group (82 cases) . Patients in the observation group were treated with pituitrin-water separation during the operation, and the patients in the control group were given routine surgery. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the influence of operation on ovarian function were observed.【Results】The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05) ; compared with preoperative, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone (LH) , estradiol (E2) and antral follicle (Fo) were decreased 1 month after operation. At 6 months after operation, the levels of LH and E2 in the observation group were increased, and the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the control group were all increased (P<0.05) ; the levels of FSH, LH, E2 and Fo in the observation group at 1 month after operation were lower than those in the control group 1 months after operation. At 6 months after operation, the FSH of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6 months after operation, and the levels of LH, E2 and Fo were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after operation (P<0.05) .【Conclusion】Laparoscopic resection of ovarian endometriotic cyst with diluted pituitrin-water separation reduces the difficulty of operation, shortens the operation time, reduces the amount of bleeding, and effectively protects the function of the ovary, which has certain clinical value.
