摘要【目的】探讨早产儿早期神经发育趋势,促进早产儿管理。【方法】对145例早产儿及181例足月儿定期随访,于12个月、24个月(早产儿为校正年龄)应用Bayley婴幼儿发育量表(Bayley Scales of Infant Development, BSID)评估其智力发育指数(Mental Development Index, MDI)及精神运动发育指数(Psychomotor Development Index, PDI)。【结果】①12个月时早产儿组校正年龄MDI分值高于足月儿组,校正年龄PDI及实际年龄MDI分值与足月儿组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实际年龄PDI分值明显低于足月儿组(P<0.05)。24个月时早产儿组校正年龄MDI及PDI得分与足月儿组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而实际年龄MDI及PDI分值显著低于足月儿组(P<0.05)。②MDI线图发现早产儿校正年龄MDI上升速度平缓,PDI线图显示早产儿实际年龄PDI上升趋势最为明显。【结论】早产儿校正年龄后的MDI及PDI分值均不低于足月儿组;早产儿实际年龄MDI及PDI得分于校正24个月月龄时均低于足月儿组。临床上还需加强早产儿管理,促进早产儿早期神经发育。
