Abstract:【Objective】To compare the clinical efficacy of local injection of 32P colloid combined with triamcinolone acetonide and the therapy of absolute ethanol in the treatment of thyroid cyst.【Methods】 From February 2010 to June 2014, 372 patients with thyroid cyst in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had a total of 186 cases.The control group underwent percutaneous ethanol injection under ultrasound guided, the observation group underwent injection of triamcinolone acetonide and 32P colloid under ultrasound guided. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the patients were followed up for at least 1 year after operation. The recurrence of the two groups were recorded.【Results】In the observation group: 158 cases (84.9%) were cured, effective in 23 cases (12.4%), ineffective in 5 cases (2.7%), the effective rate was 97.3% (181/186); in the control group: i139 cases were cured (74.7%), effective in 38 cases (20.4%), invalid in 9 cases (4.9%), the effective rate was 95.1%(177/186).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.014). All patients were followed up for one year. There were no recurrence cases in the two groups.【Conclusion】The therapy of injection of 32P colloid and triamcinolone acetonide under Ultrasound guided for the treatment of thyroid cyst has the advantages of simple operation, safety with good treatment effect to be easily accepted by patients with small wound. It can be used as a routine treatment for thyroid cyst.
