Abstract:【Objective】 To observe the clinical effect of docetaxel, an opioid analgesic, on clinical anesthesia. 【Methods】Ninety patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45). The control group was treated with pentazocine anesthesia, while the observation group was treated with the opioid analgesic drug docetaxel. The anesthesia effect and safety of the two groups were compared. 【Results】There was no significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups (P>0.05). The time of awakening and orientation recovery was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). The dosage of propofol in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference 12 hours after surgery. The VAS scores at 1 h, 2 h and 4 h post-operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) . The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.89%, which was lower than that in the control group, which was 17.78% . The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The perioperative opioid analgesic effect of docetaxel is ideal and safe. It is worthy of popularization and application.
