Abstract:【Objective】 To observe the levels of the high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), bilirubin (TB), and two D- dimer levels in patients with cerebral vascular diseases and to explore their clinical significance. 【Methods】 A total of 92 patients with cerebral vascular disease treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected as our study population; the 92 patients were split into two groups. One group had 52 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, and another had 40 cases of cerebral infarction. Forty healthy adults, who were in the hospital at the same time, were selected as the control group. The differences in hs-CRP, TB, D-D, and related inflammatory cytokines were observed in the three groups. Differences between the different clinical characteristics were also monitored.【Results】The levels of hs-CRP and D-D in the patients with cerebral infarctions and cerebral hemorrhages were higher than those in the control group while the TB levels was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in any of the three measurements between the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group. IL-6, IL-10, and TNF- alpha levels of inflammatory cytokines were higher in the cerebral infarction and hemorrhage groups than in the control group (P<0.05); there were no significant differences between the two groups themselves, however. 【Conclusion】Patients with cerebral vascular diseases have higher hs-CRP and DD levels, but lower TB levels than normal patients.
