Abstract:【Objective】To analyze the relationship between Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in infertile patients with ovulation. 【Methods】A total of 50 cases of patients with PCOS were observed. At the same time, 50 healthy adult women were selected as the control group. The levels of AMH, FSH and LH were detected in the two groups. The differences in AMH levels in follicular fluid between the two groups were compared as well. Further the levels of AMH, FSH and LH were observed in PCOS patients with and without ovulation. 【Results】In the PCOS group, the serum levels of AMH and FSH were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the level of LH was significantly higher than the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). M2 follicular fluid AMH and FSH levels were significantly higher than M1 follicular fluid levels, while LH level was significantly lower than that of M1 follicular fluid, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of AMH and FSH were significantly lower in the PCOS infertility group without ovulation than those in the PCOS infertility patients with ovulation, while the LH level was significantly higher in the patients with ovulation; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The level of AMH in patients with PCOS infertility is high, and the AMH level of PCOS patients without ovulation is even higher. This can be used as an indicator for clinical monitoring of PCOS infertility patients with ovulation.
