Abstract：【Objective】 To explore the influencing factors of neonatal body weight. 【Methods】Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 6,489 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 was conducted. According to the newborn body weight, the newborn were divided into the low body mass, the normal body weight and the giant baby. The univariate and multivariate analysis of factors influencing the quality of neonates were performed.【Results】 Among 6,489 cases of pregnant women, 634 cases suffered from hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) ,the incidence was 9.77%(634/6489). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that: HDCP, preterm labor, pre pregnancy BMI<18.5 kg/m2, weight gain during pregnancy <12 kg and smoking were risk factors for neonatal low body weight. HDCP, pre pregnancy BMI > 24 kg/m2 and weight gain during pregnancy >16 kg were risk factors of macrosomia.【Conclusion】 HDCP, premature birth, BMI before pregnancy, change of body weight and smoking are the factors influencing the quality of neonatal body.
