Abstract：【Objective】 To explore the tudy on the correlation between inhibin A and preeclampsia and eclampsia. 【Methods】Twenty-five cases of preeclampsia and 22 cases of severe preeclampsia treated were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 as observation group, and normal pregnant women admitted in the hospital in the same period of time as the control group. Gene and protein levels were determined on the expression of the inhibin A in peripheral blood of the patients with preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia by fluorescence quantitative PCR, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and Western-blotting technique,and the expression amount was detected by immunohistochemical staining technique. 【Results】Compared with the mRNA expression amount of inhibin A in the serum of the control group, the inhibin A level in the serum of pregnant women with preeclampsia and severe eclampsia were significantly elevated, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05); Protein detection results showed that, compared with the serum inhibin A levels[(6.8±0.6)μg/L] of in pregnant women in the control group, the content of serum inhibin A in both preeclampsia [(12.6±1.2)μg/L] and severe preeclampsia [(38.4±1.3) μg/L] was significantly increased, and there were significant differences in the levels of inhibin A in both of them (P<0.05). By immunohistochemistry, the expression of inhibin A in the severe preeclampsia was higher and eclampsia, this was consistent with the results of RT-PCR,ELISA and Western-blotting.【Conclusion】 There is a correlation between the presence of inhibin A and the incidence of eclampsia, As inhibin A levels rise, the eclampsia illness is aggravating gradually.
