Abstract：【Objective】To observe the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride injection on postoperative analgesia after esophageal carcinoma operation. 【Methods】A total of 80 patients at our hospital for surgery as treatment of esophageal cancer surgery were divided according to postoperative analgesic drugs used into a control group of 40 patients and an observation group of 40 cases. The control group received morphine sulfate + tropisetron saline mixed analgesic, while the observation group received oxycodone hydrochloride injection in addition to the tropisetron + saline mixed analgesic. The postoperative analgesia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The two groups showed no difference in blood pressure and heart rate level 5 min post-operation, but after 30 min, blood pressure was lower in the observation group than in the control group, while heart rate level was higher (P<0.05). VAS (Visual Analog Score) of patients in the observation group 2h, 4h, 12h was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of occurrence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was 7.5%, significantly lower than the rate of 22.5% in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Postoperative esophageal carcinoma treated with oxycodone hydrochloride injection + tropisetron over saline mixed had good analgesic effect and results in a low incidence of adverse reactions. It should be widely applied.
