Abstract:【Objective】To discuss the positive rate of serum TPOAb and TGAb in pregnant women in Cangzhou area and its relationship with thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) level. 【Methods】A total of 786 cases of pregnant women were divided into T1, T2 and T3 groups according to gestational week. The serum levels of TSH, TPOAb and TGAb were determined by electrochemical immunoassay. According to whether TSH increased or not, they were divided into the TSH abnormal group and TSH normal group. Based on TPOAb and TGAb levels, they were divided into the TPOAb and TGAb double positive group, TPOAb positive group, TGAb positive group, and TPOAb and TGAb double negative group. 【Results】 In the T1, T2, T3 groups of pregnancy women, TPOAb positive rates were 9.95%, 11.07% and 11.22%, respectively, while TGAb positive rates were 8.14%, 9.09% and 8.65%, respectively. The positive rates of TPOAb and TGAb in the abnormal TSH group were higher than those in the TSH normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of TSH in the TGAb and TPOAb double positive group was increased compared with that in the TPOAb positive group, TGAb positive group, and TPOAb and TGAb double negative group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The positive rates of TPOAb and TGAb were higher in the TSH abnormal group. The level of TSH in TGAb and TPOAb double positive group was increased. TPOAb, TGAb and TSH levels all can be used as indicators for assessing thyroid function in pregnant women.
