Abstract:【Objective】To evaluate the therapeutic security of fertilitypreserving operations in patients with earlystage cervical cancer. 【Methods】Data from 25 cases of earlystage cervical cancer who had undergone fertilitypreserving operations from January 2005 to December 2014 in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University was analyzed. 【Results】1. Until April 2015, 24 cases (96%) had completed followup posttrachelectomy; 1 case failed to follow up. 2. 24 cases who had completed followup had no tumor recurrence in five years. 1 case of patient with cervical cancerⅠB1 after ART(Abdominal Radical Trachelectomy) had tumor recurrence after 6 years. The recurrence rate was 4.2% (1/24). 3 cases (12.5%) had recurred CINⅠin five years after surgery, including 2 cases of patients with cervical cancerⅠA1 after CKC(Cold Knife Conization) and 1 case with cervical cancerⅠA1 after VRT(Vaginal Radical Trachelectomy) . 3. 15 cases of patients had pregnancy plans after surgery and 10 cases became pregnant. The pregnancy rate was 66.7%. In the 10 patients who successfully became pregnant, 6 cases had term delivery (60%), 3 cases had preterm delivery (30%), and 1 case had a miscarriage (10%).【Conclusion】1. Fertilitypreserving surgeries in patients with early cervical cancer is safe. 2.To cervical cancerⅠA1 with good tumor differentiation, CKC has a shorter operation time, less bleeding, fewer tumor recurrences, and can obtain a higher pregnancy rate.
