Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the clinical application of anticyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP)antibodies detection in the development and prognosis of primary Sjogren's syndrome (PSS) . 【Methods】Clinical data and laboratory related indicators of 85 patients with PSS had been analyzed statistically. 【Results】 Anti CCP antibody presented 16.47% positive (14/85 cases) and 83.53% negative (71/85 cases); the difference of the specificity of anti CCP antibody in positive and negative patients, the positive rate of autoantibodies (SSA, SSB and total antibody ANA) and levels of ESR, CRP , IgA, IgG, IgM and RFIgM was not statistically significant (P>0.05); and the difference between the occurrence of joint pain and the incidence of erosive arthritis was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 In PSS patients, the anti CCP antibody positive may be related to the occurrence of joint pain and erosive arthritis ; Higher anti CCP antibody levels are more likely to lead to the development of RA in patients with PSS.
