Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the effect of 112 intervention mode on patients with 2diabetes mellitus. 【Methods】 One hundred cases of patients with 2diabetes mellitus who were filed from July 2010 to March 2012 in the community health service station of the hospital were divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while patients in the intervention group received 112 intervention mode. A 18 months' followup was conducted on both groups at the same time. Changes of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG), three acyl glycerine (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were detected and compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. 【Results】 In the intervention group, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and TG were effectively controlled. The difference was statistically significant compared with those of the same group before treatment and those of the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 112 intervention mode has good therapeutic effect in patients with T2DM, can reduce patients' blood sugar, promote patients with good behavior habit formation and reduce the complications. It is worthy of clinical use.
