Abstract：【Objective】To explore the effects of cardiovascular rehabilitation on clinical prognosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. 【Methods】60 cases of coronary heart disease aged patients were Selected and randomly divided into two groups the recovery group(with rehabilitation), and the control group (without rehabilitation treatment), 6 min after treatment, walking distance, BNP, LEFT, LVDd and ADL were compared betwent two groups . 【Results】After rehabilitation treatment, the treated group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Cardiovascular rehabilitation treatment for the clinical prognosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease have a positive impact.
