摘要目的研究肾癌组织(RCC)中EGFL7蛋白的表达及微血管密度(microvessel density ,MVD),探讨EGFL7及M VD与肾癌生物学特征的内在联系。方法应用免疫组化S‐P法,对63例肾癌及6例正常肾组织中EGFL7进行检测,同时应用凝血因子Ⅷ抗体对肾癌组织中微血管进行染色,结合 Meta‐ Morph显微荧光图像分析系统测定并分析63例肾癌中M VD及其与EGFL7和肾癌的病理分期、临床分级之间的关系。结果 EGFL7在正常肾组织呈阴性表达,在肾癌组织中呈不同程度的阳性表达,且过表达率在不同病理分级、临床分期组间有显著性差异( P <0.05)。MVD值在肾癌组织中不同病理分级、临床分期组间有显著性差异( P <0.05)。结论 EGFL7和M VD在肾癌组织中表达与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期密切相关,EGFL7在肾癌浸润转移过程中起重要作用。
Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the expression of EGFL7 and microvessel density (MVD) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) .[Methods]The expression of EGFL7 was detected by SP immuno‐histochemical technique in 63 RCC and 6 cases of normal renal tissue .Meanwhile the levels of MVD were evaluated for RCC .And dif‐ferent pathologic periods ,grade factors of RCC and the relationship of EGFL7 and MVD were analyzed .[Re‐sults]All normal renal cells were negatively stained .The positive expression of EGFL7 in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grades and clinical stages ( P < 0 .05) .The levels of MVD varied be‐tween different pathological grades and clinical stages ( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]The expression of EGFL7 and MVD value are closely correlated with biological behaviors of RCC and play important roles in the process of invasiveness and metastasis .
