Abstract：Objective] To explore the significance of PLT‐fluorescence(PLT‐F) channel in the determination of low‐count platelet .[Methods]Totally 103 patients with low‐count platelet(≤50 × 109/L) were analyzed by PLT‐F channel with XN‐1000 automated hematology analyzer .Meanwhile ,NE‐2100 hematology analyzer and hand‐made microscopic count method were used for the detection .The data were analyzed with straight line correlation regression analysis .[Results] The CV value of reproducibility of low‐count platelet in XE2100 PLT‐I ,PLT‐O and PLT‐F channels were 6 .7~16 .5% ,7 .1~15 .6% and 4 .9~9 .5% ,respectively .The coefficient correlation(r) of PLT‐I , PLT‐O and PLT‐F by hand‐made microscopic count reference method were 0 .900 ,0 .929 and 0 .959 ,respectively .[Conclusion] PLT‐F channel in the determination of low‐count platelet has good accuracy and high application value .
