Impact of Perioperative Synthetic Insulation Measures on Vital Sign,Blood Gas Analysis Re-sults,Blood Coagulation and Other Indexes in Puerperas with Hemorrhagic Shock During Cesar-ean Section
摘要【目的】评估围手术期综合保温措施对失血性休克产妇剖宫产手术中生命体征、血气分析及凝血功能等指标的影响。【方法】将200例失血性休克拟行剖宫产产妇随机分为两组，对照组围术期按照常规进行护理，观察组围手术期采用综合保温措施，比较两组患者的血压、心率、呼吸、鼻咽部体温、凝血功能、血气分析结果、红细胞压积、血乳酸值及术后寒战发生率、抢救成功率和住院时间。【结果】观察组患者的各项生命体征均优于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；患者术后寒战发生率为16．00％低于对照组37．00％；抢救成功率93．00％高于对照组76．00％；住院时间（10．20±5．10）d较对照组（16．70±6．40）d短，其差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】围手术期综合保温措施能降低失血性休克产妇剖宫产术后寒战的发生率，提高手术抢救的成功率，促进患者恢复，缩短住院时间。
Abstract：To assess the impact of perioperative synthetic insulation measures on the result of operation for puerperas with hemorrhagic shock .[Methods] Totally 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated with conventional surgical method ,while the observation group was given perioperative synthetic insulation measures .Blood pressure ,heart rate ,respiration ,nasopharyngeal temperature ,blood coagulation ,blood gas analysis results ,hematocrit ,blood lactic acid value ,the incidence of postoperative shivering ,the rate of successful rescue and hospital stay were compared between two groups .[Results] The vital signs of patients in observation group were all better than those of patients in control group ( P <0 .05) .The incidence of postoperative shivering in observation group was 16 .00% ,which was lower than that in control group(37 .00% ) ,and the rate of successful rescue was 93% ,which was higher than that in control group(76 .00% ) .The length of stay in observation group were (10 .20 ± 5 .10)d ,which was shorter than that in control group .There were significant differences( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Perioperative synthetic insulation measures can reduce the incidence of maternal complications of puerpera with hemorrhagic shock , improve the success rate of operation rescue ,help the recovery of patients and shorten the hospital stay .
