Abstract：To analyze and explore the distribution of allergens in 2000 patients with urticaria in Dongguan region .[Methods] A total of 2000 patients with urticaria were selected .Standard measurement method Allergopharm pricking needle stock solution was used for allergen test .The result of the allergens was analyzed .[Results]Among all the allergens of 2000 patients with urticaria ,dust mites ,cockroaches and house dust mites were the most commonly seen , and shrimp ,bee and mussels were the second .[Conclusion] Dust mites ,cockroaches and house dust mites are the fre-quent allergens of patients with urticaria in Dongguan region .
