Abstract：Objective To improve the recognition about rabies through analyzing the clinical features of rabies .[Methods] The general data ,clinical features and relevant examination results of 31 patients with rabi-es were analyzed .[Results]Clinical manifestations of patients with rabies in the group was furious .The most typical symptoms could be presented .Hydrophobia was observed in 30 patients(96 .7% ) and aerophobia was observed in 29 patients(93 .5% ) .Among 23 patients with exposure history ,19 patients did not carefully clean their wound after exposure ,and 20 patients did not receive rabies vaccine .All patients did not receive rabies immunoglobulin vaccine .The 31 patients died at 2~8 days after the onset in spite of active therapy .[Conclu-sion]Previous exposure history and clinical symptoms can be used for the prompt diagnosis of rabies .Heath education about the effective measures of the prevention of rabies after exposure should be strengthened .
