Abstract：[Obj ective]To observe clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency(CRI).[Methods]A total of 5 3 CRI patients in our hospital were randomly divided into alprostadil combined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection treatment group(observation group) and conventional treatment group(control group).The changes of plasma urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creati-nine(SCr)and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in 2 group were observed and compared.[Results]Compared with before treatment,BUN,SCr and eGFR in observation group after treatment were improved obviously,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BUN,SCr and eGFR of control group between before and after treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,there was also significant difference between observation group and control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Alprostadil com-bined with Ginkgo Damole inj ection can improve renal function of patients with CRF and delay the progression of renal function.
