Abstract：[Objective]To explore clinical efficacy of Yunnanbaiyao powder plus MEBO combined with va-ginal adsorber for promoting wound healing after cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure (Leep ).[Methods]Clinical data of 120 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)undergoing Leep in central hospital of the Turfan Basin from Aug.2012 to March 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,60 patients were given Yunnanbaiyao powder,MEBO and vaginal bacteriostatic adsorber(observation group),and other 60 patients were only given gauze oppression wound treatment(control group).Clinical efficacy between two groups was compared.[Results]The time of postoperative vaginal drainage,scab bleeding and acid bilges of waist in observation group were shorter than those in control group,but wound healing rate at early stage (less than 4 weeks)in observation group was higher than that in control group.The incidence of wound infec-tion and uterine neck adhesions in observational group was lower than that in control group.There were signif-icant differences(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]Yunnanbaiyao powder plus MEBO combined with vaginal bacteri-ostatic adsorber after cervical Leep can obviously reduce postoperative complications and has rapid recovery of patients,so it has important clinical application value.
