摘要【目的】探讨术前肺功能状况与肺叶切除术后恢复状况的相关联系。【方法】选择本院2007年1月至2012年1月肺叶切除病例68例,其中48人行单纯肺叶切除、20人全肺切除。根据肺最大通气量(MVV)及第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)将术前肺功能分为好、中、差三组。分别讨论和比较术后恢复时间(吸氧、IC U、拔管),然后作出相应的统计学分析。【结果】大多数患者对手术效果满意,术后治疗效果佳。术前肺功能状态与术后各恢复时间各项进行比较,有显著差异( P <0.05)。【结论】术前肺功能评估与肺叶切除后恢复状况关系密切;术前肺功能评估好者,肺叶切除术后恢复时间短。
Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate preoperative pulmonary function ,and to explore the correlation be-tween preoperative pulmonary function and the recovery after lobectomy .[Methods] Totally 68 patients under-going lobectomy in our hospital from Jan .2007 to Jan .2012 were chosen .Among them ,48 patients under-went single lobectomy and 20 patients underwent pneumonectomy .According to maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) ,preoperative pulmonary function was divided into good ,medium and poor .Postoperative recovery time (inhaling oxygen ,ICU and extubation) was discussed and compared .The corresponding statistical analysis was taken .[Results] The most of patients were satisfied with the operation efficacy .Postoperative efficacy was good .There were significant differences in preoperative pulmonary function and postoperative recovery time ( P <0 .05) .For different surgical resection extent ,there was no significant difference in few analysis .But there were some different trends .[Conclusion] Preoperative pulmonary function evaluation is closely related to the recovery status after lobectomy .The recovery time of patients with better preoperative pulmonary function after lobectomy is shorter .
