Abstract:[Objective] To explore the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with sanyrene on phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle .[Methods]A total of 80 patients with phlebitis caused by venous indwell-ing needle were randomly divided into observation group( n =40) and control group ( n =40) .The observa-tion group was given semiconductor laser irradiation combined with sanyrene besmear in skin region of the af-fected area ,and supplemented by massage .The control group was given routine hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate .The efficacy of two groups 7d after treatment was observed and compared .[Results]The efficacy of observation group was obviously better than that of control group .The excellent rate of obser-vation group was 82 .5% (33/40) ,which was obviously higher than that of control group(70% ,28/40) ,and there was significant difference between two groups ( P <0 .01) .[Conclusion] Semiconductor laser combined with sanyrene For the treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle has certain efficacy ,simple operation and good safety ,and is easy to be accepted by patients ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
