Observation on the Efficacy of Transurethral Resection for the Treatment of Female Patients with Overactive Bladder Caused by Bladder Trigone Mucosal Disease
摘要【目的】探讨膀胱黏膜炎性病变相关膀胱过度活动症状女性患者的电切治疗效果。【方法】对70例临床诊断膀胱过度活动症、膀胱镜检查及病理检查发现膀胱黏膜炎性病变女性患者，行经尿道电切术治疗。【结果】70例患者手术时间18～30 min ，平均（21．6±5．7） min ，术中出血小于5 mL ，术后保留导尿7 d；术后1个月OABSS评分及QOL评分较术前明显改善（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】经尿道膀胱电切术治疗膀胱黏膜炎性病变所致膀胱过度活动症具有损伤小，出血少，效果满意等特点。
Abstract：[Objective]To explore the efficacy of electroresection for the treatment of female patients with overactive bladder (OAB) caused by bladder mucosa inflammation .[Methods] A total of 70 female patients with OAB caused by bladder mucosa inflammation diagnosed by clinical examination ,cystoscopy and pathology underwent transurethral resection .[Results] The operation time of 70 patients was 18~30 min with the aver-age of 21 .6 ± 5 .7min .The intraoperative bleeding volume was less than 5ml .The indwelling catheter after the operation lasted for 7 days .Compared with before operation ,OABSS score and QOL score one month after operation were improved( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] Transurethral resection for the treatment of OAB caused by bladder mucosal inflammation has advantages such as less damage ,less blood loss and satisfactory efficacy .
